Platform

A governed workflow for environmental impact assessment

Six connected modules share one project record. What you capture during scoping is there when you draft the Environmental Statement, and what you commit to there is tracked after consent.

Lifecycle

Seven stages, one record

Every project moves through the same stages. At each one the platform shows what is outstanding and derives the work that clears it.

  1. 01SetupProject context, consent route, jurisdiction and team.
  2. 02DocumentsReports, plans and GIS data ingested and searchable.
  3. 03ScreeningThe EIA determination, recorded with its regulation.
  4. 04ScopingTopics scoped in or out, each with its evidence basis.
  5. 05Impact assessmentSignificance resolved from the method, not by hand.
  6. 06Submission & decisionApplication documents assembled and checked.
  7. 07Post-consent monitoringCommitments and conditions tracked to evidence.

Under the hood

What every module shares

  • One project record

Constraints, decisions, commitments and chapters are records in one project, linked in a knowledge graph rather than copied between files.

  • Proposals, not decisions

AI reads documents and proposes register entries, scope and drafts. A named person accepts, edits or rejects each one.

  • Sources on everything

Records keep the document, page, regulation or dataset they came from, so they can be checked.

  • A full history

Uploads, AI runs, decisions, overrides and report transitions are recorded with who, when and what changed.

  • Works with SharePoint

Link existing SharePoint libraries as project sources and publish registers back for issue.

  • Word and PDF out

Deliverables export to DOCX and PDF for your house style and submission process.
